这是一本非常有爱的绘本，讲述了一只猫被一个家庭收养并且照顾长达13年之久，这只猫勇敢幸运可爱，它跟着家人从日本搬到美国生活，对未知世界的感受恐惧像极了我们对未知事物的心情，书中用拟人的手法，第一人称的方式讲一只猫的故事娓娓道来，非常有带入感。再给孩子读这本绘本的时候，孩子很喜欢，他还不会说话，只能指着猫，说猫猫，但他很喜欢看这本绘本。绘本画面内容丰富，场景优美，又有很多细节在里面。非常推荐孩子们去看这本绘本。谢谢我的好朋友Ann，就是本书的作者，漂洋过海的将这本绘本送给我的孩子，希望这本绘本可以被更多的孩子看到，让他们可以从书中，感受到勇敢，爱与被爱。
My kids of 5 and 7 love the pictures and stories. This book is great at getting them more interested in Chinese. It's been difficult to get them to study after leaving the country a year ago. I'm so glad to have heard about this book and can't wait until the next Den Chan book!

I have read Den Chan about 10 times to my grandson. He loves all kinds of books but once I read this book to him, it is the one he keeps requesting. The story is engaging, the illustrations charming. The tone of the book is one of adventure but also overcoming fears. I highly recommend this book.
Den Chan is a beautifully written book with super cute illustrations. I love that it's a true story, and the author shares pictures of the actual cat on the back page of the book. I found the story to be heartwarming and engaging. A book I will read to my grandchildren. I highly recommend it and hope to hear more about Den Chan's journey in a second book.
